Introduction Of TEXT Function
The TEXT function let you change the way of number appears by applying formatting to it with format codes. It's very useful in situation where you want to display number in a more readable format OR you want to combine number with Text and symbols.

=TEXT (value,format_text)
The TEXT function syntax has the following arguments.
Value - A numeric value that you want be converted to be converted into text
Format_text - A text string that defines the formatting that you want to be applied to the supplied value
